Terms and Conditions
Payment
For orders to proceed 100% payment is due up front. Payments can be made by Credit / Debit card, Paypal, Check, Money Order, or Cash. A $30 charge will be issued for returned checks.
Shipping
Freemotion Printing is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by the delivery carrier.
Turnarounds
Average turnaround for most orders is 10-15 business days (Mon – Fri) plus shipping time. This turn around time is not guaranteed. Adding to your order once initial quote is sent will extend this time.
Custom Tags
All orders including custom tag printing must be given an additional 4 business days to the turn around.
Garment Variences
Freemotion Printing cannot guarantee variances in size, shades, and/or construction of garments and merchandise.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without warning.
Polyester / Blended Items
Polyester items may use a different print process to prevent dye migration. We use a special “armor” ink base to prevent this from happening. This base may come with an added fee or considered another “impression”. Freemotion Printing is not responsible for dye migration on items specified by the customer.
Claims or Errors
If there is a problem with your order please submit and email to info@freemotionprinting.com within 72 hours of order of being received. In case of an error 100% of the items must be returned to Freemotion Printing or a reprint will not be provided.
Artwork
All artwork files must be a vector or editable format. All text must be converted to outlines. We will adjust artwork print size to what we think looks best unless customer specifies specific print dimensions. Printing can only be as good as the artwork. There will be a $30 charge for all .jpeg and .png files.
Must Have Dates
Rush fees may apply. Customer will be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.
Printable Areas
Please note that not all garments will be sewn exactly the same. Print will be adjusted in size to fit on all garments listed unless otherwise specified. Buyer is responsible for adjustment fees if printing on multiple sizes garments.
Cancelled Orders
Orders may be cancelled up until the invoice is paid. Once the invoice is paid, no refunds will be issued.
Ink Colors
Unless a specific PMS color is noted, Freemotion Printing will make a “best guess” decision on color.
Misprints
Freemotion Printing will not be responsible for misprints up to 5% per design.
The apparel brand I received is different from what I ordered
With delays in production and shipping some garments may not be in stock at the time your order is placed. Garments may be replaced with an equal or better garment and color/fit may vary.
Change in Terms
Freemotion Printing has the right to change terms and conditions at any time.
